Stopped bankruptcy of Domain Menada |

The bankruptcy proceedings of Domain Menada Company have been stopped with the decision of the District Court in Warsaw dated the 6th of November 2009. The court has also allowed repayment of tax obligations, what is essential for a company dealing with alcohol turnover. The stopped liquidation of the company, which was under protection of the French court the moment the Polish District Court announced its bankruptcy, is an effect of the Belvédčre Group’s and the French court supervisions’ action, appointed by the French court.
