Sobieski claims compensation |

Producer of vodka Sobieski has sued the American Bank of New York Mellon claiming 723 million zlotys from compensation and redress for the loss caused by unfair competition, including financial damages and violation of reputation and good name of the companies. The Group has filed a notice to the prosecutor’s office about a suspicion of committing an offence by manipulating the rate of its shares by disseminating false and unreliable information in the media.
